Titan 2121: Departing blimp

100 years from now space exploration may have evolved to space exploitation on some very exotic worlds. Could it be possible that some day a natural resource of extraordinary value could be found on a world 700 million miles away? a resource that would justify an unprecedented investment in an infrastructure capable of bringing these resources to market?  This image suggests how a large-scale mining operation on the surface of Saturn's moon Titan might appear.
